The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Controllership team you will lead the Record-to-Report processes securing timely and accurate financial reporting. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire your team leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining standards of quality and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Record-to-Report processes maintaining accuracy in financial reporting
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional performance
- Utilize team strengths to enhance client service delivery
- Maintain rigorous quality standards and uphold integrity
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline reporting processes
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff
- Foster a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Demonstrating leadership in service delivery and dispute resolution
- Upholding quality standards and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Managing transitions of RTR activities effectively
- Utilizing software for RTR processes like SAP and Oracle
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and automation
- Understanding adjacent Finance and Accounting functions
- Engaging with Client teams to align services with needs
- Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of financial reporting
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
