About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of live/de-energised conductors hardware and structures used in the National Transmission Grid including as required the erection repair and/or dismantling of assets. You will follow work to all and safety procedures as well as statutory requirements.
This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum40 hours a weekguaranteed. This role will be based inHawkes Bay.
This role will be paying between $37to $45 NZD per hour (Depending on experience)
About You
2 - 3 years relevant work experience in Transmission Lines work
Hold at least an EWRB Line Mechanic Trainee Limited Certificate
Testing and Electrical Safety
Experience climbing transmission towers and or similar
Valid drivers license and experience driving appropriate vehicles on all roads terrain and weather conditions
Excellent attitude to SHEQ
Physically fit especially with regards to heavy lifting stretching and climbing
Comfortability with working at heights
