OurEnergy & Utilitiesbusiness is seeking two Trainee Distribution Line Mechanics to join our experienced teamin Whanganui starting in January. Reporting to the Supervisoryoull work alongside our experienced Line Mechanics and learn a sought-after trade and valuable skills to become a qualifiedDistribution Line Mechanic yourself.

Youll get out and about in the region and work on different sites every day doing hands on physical work operating heavy machinery and working outside in all weather conditions.

Current Class 1 Full NZ Drivers Licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle required Class 2 preferred
A strong commitment to safety
A can-do attitude and commitment to learning
Knowledge of or previous experience in the Electricity industry would be an advantage
