Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our this role you will act as the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams ensuring smooth communication timely project execution and exceptional service delivery. Youll help translate client needs into actionable strategies and maintain the high standards of professionalism that define Nexmos Design.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments.
Manage client communications project timelines and deliverable expectations.
Support project planning coordination and execution to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain reports updates and client records.
Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver outstanding results.
Uphold company standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.
