Job Summary

Responsibilities

Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Pick pack and package products for shipment according to orders.
Coordinate with production quality and sales teams to resolve inventory documentation or shipment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records (physical and system) for shipping/receiving activities support inventories and reconciliation processes.
Put away received goods into correct storage location ensuring lot numbers revision levels serials (if applicable) are maintained.
Maintain and organize shipping/receiving dock and warehouse areas (cleanliness 5S safety compliance).

Minimum Requirements

Prior experience in shipping & receiving warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
Strong attention to details and accuracy in labelling basic math and documentation
Experience in manufacturing environment a must
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting labeling and documentation.
Proficient computer skills: ability to use shipping software/labels inventory system MS Office (Excel Word) or ERP system (JobBOSS)
