Job Summary
This job is a hybrid role where you will be working from home most days. There will be days when you need to visit one of the State of Maryland offices when the need arises.
ThisSenior Computer Programmer role involves providing full IT support for the clients systems including software hardware and network maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues managing desktop and server environments and developing enhancing and testing applications. The programmer will interpret requirements create design specifications and deliver secure reliable software solutions across 25 client locations. Additional duties include implementing upgrades developing web and eGovernment applications managing disaster recovery processes and supporting email configuration and performance. The role also requires collaboration with contractors and client staff preparing project and test plans and participating in planning and status meetings to ensure timely high-quality deliverables.

Experience Required:
- 10 years experience in providing application development support in a multi-user LAN-based Microsoft Windows environment.
- 5 years experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Professional Edition suite with Visual C#. development programming platforms & utilities.
- 5 years experience installing configuring operating managing and troubleshooting problems with the Highview Imaging Application
- 5 years experience in providing help desk/application support services to a minimum of 300 users.
