Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain LOTO programs in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses related to energy isolation.
• Train employees and contractors on proper LOTO procedures and safety protocols.
• Audit and inspect LOTO practices across departments to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify equipment requiring LOTO procedures.
• Maintain documentation of all LOTO activities incidents and corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations related to energy control failures and recommend improvements.
• Support broader HSE initiatives including emergency response planning and safety campaigns
