Job Summary
We are currently looking for that special person to become our Workplace Experience Officer. This busy and varied role will play a central part in delivering a positive efficient and welcoming experience for all staff clients and visitors at our Chatswood office. This role is responsible for managing front-of-house reception duties while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. By ensuring the workplace is well-organised functional and engaging the Workplace Experience Officer supports employee wellbeing and contributes to a high-performing and collaborative office environment.
Due to the nature of the role and its front-of-house and workplace support responsibilities this is a full-time office-based position located in Chatswood with no remote work component.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a love of customer service
- Organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced delivery business environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel Teams)

Confluence Water a Ventia Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain hail or shine. We are often the first to reach an emergency during severe weather events and we are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works across the life of our ten year contract.
