About the Role
The Administration Officer Wellbeing Support plays an integral role in administratively supporting the Colleges Pastoral Team including the Assistant Principal (Mission and Culture) Heads of House and School Counsellors to manage student attendance engagement and wellbeing. This position works closely with the Attendance Officer to monitor daily attendance analyse patterns of absenteeism manage leave processes and ensure timely follow-up in line with system and College policies. The role also coordinates and communicates student movement throughout the school day maintaining accurate records and upholding duty of care requirements while providing support to the Head of House Team inoverseeing students withdrawn from class who require individual attention
