What you will be doing:
Creative Leadership
- Define and champion the creative vision across a portfolio of home outdoor and security brands.
- Guide and manage concept development and storytelling across digital social video eComm packaging retail and experiential channels.
- Build a culture of bold inclusive insight-led creativeraising the standard across the in-house team and agency partners.
- Act as a brand steward ensuring consistency quality and resonance in all consumer-facing work.
- Serve as the creative lead for major campaigns and launches from ideation through production.
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with Brand and Channel Marketing Product Sales and Insights teams to build consumer-led creative strategies that resonate and perform.
- Collaborate with strategy and operations to establish smooth creative intake briefing and review processes.
- Contribute to the internal agency structure supporting workflow optimization and cross-functional alignment.
- Guide manage and participate in creative reviews with a focus on clarity quality and shared goals.
Innovation & Execution
- Embrace emerging creative technologies including GenAI to elevate ideation content creation and team capabilities.
- Leverage performance data and consumer insights to improve creative relevance and outcomes.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through team showcases innovation sprints and shared best practices.
- Provide constructive direction and clear feedback throughout the creative development process.
Team Leadership & Growth
- Manage mentor and develop a talented creative team across design copy video and content disciplines.
- Foster a supportive high-performance environment that values diversity of thought experimentation and shared success.
- Identify future needs including creative opportunities by business unit as the function scales.
- Present creative strategies and campaigns to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Design Advertising Communications or a related field
- 10 years of creative leadership experience in an agency or in-house team
- Experience managing brand campaigns across digital social video packaging retail and eCommerce
- Strong portfolio showcasing original high-impact creative work
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams across multiple disciplines
- Experience managing external vendors and production partners
- Familiarity with creative tools and emerging technologies like GenAI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree or advanced training in a creative or marketing field
- Experience with consumer brands in home lifestyle or design categories
- Background in retail and packaging design
- Experience building or working within an internal creative agency
- Ability to apply data and consumer insights to inform creative direction
