The University of Maine at Augusta (UMA) seeks a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Early College. This position provides administrative operational and student support leadership for UMAs Early College programs including Aspirations Bridge Academy and Concurrent Enrollment. This role balances program management and student-facing services by overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance with accreditation standards supervising staff and supporting student advising and recruitment. Working closely with the Director of Early College the Assistant Director helps set priorities align program goals with UMAs mission and UMS initiatives and promote high-quality accessible opportunities for Maines high school students.

Salary:The normal hiring salary range for this position is in the low $50000s and is commensurate with training education and experience and will take into consideration the salary of current UMS employees for transfer/promotion.
