Job Summary

Head of Customer Experience
Location: San Francisco CA
Work Set-up: On-site 5 days/week)
Compensation: $180K$220K Base Equity

Were seeking a Head of Customer Experience & GTM Strategy to join a fast-growing AI SaaS organization transforming how enterprise tax and accounting professionals operate. This is a first-of-its-kind hire ideal for a highly driven operator who thrives in building things from the ground up (01) and influencing strategy at both the customer and executive levels.


What Youll Be Doing

  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to deliver product demos and support account managers with in-depth feature walkthroughs
  • Troubleshoot customer workflows identify pain points and drive resolution in close partnership with engineering
  • Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand processes uncover opportunities and provide actionable insights for product development
  • Build customer success processes playbooks and tools to drive deep engagement with 715 large accounts
  • Act as the primary evangelist for the platform translating value to new stakeholders and building strong cross-domain relationships


Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in consulting AND customer success or GTM strategy ideally in a startup environment
  • Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships
  • Experience building processes playbooks and tools to scale customer experience
  • Comfort working with technical products or complex B2B industries (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across multiple teams
