HR Generalists Intern in this role get to:

Set the path to success: Assist with the planning preparation hosting and administration of regularly scheduled audits
Support the team: Assist in documenting personnel actions and provide information to the proper department
Improve workplace efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
- Knowledge of human resource functions business management and strategy workforce planning and employment benefits employee relations and risk management
- Ability to work in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear constructive and professional manner
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
