Join a leading consultancy delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to take a key leadership role in the delivery of complex MEP-heavy fit outs working with global clients at the forefront of the mission-critical sector.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager youll oversee the full lifecycle delivery of a major hyperscale data centre fit out with a focus on MEP coordination integration and commissioning. Youll be responsible for driving programme cost and quality outcomes while ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of MEP fit out packages within a large-scale data centre project.
Manage multidisciplinary design engineering and construction teams across multiple workstreams.
Oversee project schedules budgets and risk management ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems.
Interface directly with clients contractors and consultants to maintain transparency and alignment.
Review technical documentation and ensure adherence to project specifications and compliance standards.
Support the development of internal processes and mentor junior project managers.
About You
5 - 15 years experience in project management within the data centre or mission-critical sector ideally from a construction consultancy background.
Proven track record delivering MEP-intensive or high-spec fit out projects in Switzerland or wider Europe.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems commissioning and integration in critical environments.
Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards planning and procurement processes.
Degree qualified in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline.
Fluent in English; German and/or French proficiency preferred.
