Job Summary

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Join our team responsible for managing critical products essential to Zalandos continuous growth in the Size & Fit area. Collaborate with fashion experts product managers analysts engineers and applied scientists to tackle some of the most complex challenges in the fashion

this role you will have the opportunity to enhance our customers experience by enabling them to find the right size and fit on their first attempt through collaborating with our partners and internal teams. You will drive foundational work in the fit space ensuring seamless interaction among different products and a deep understanding of their relation to our assortment and customer mix. This will require a strong alignment with our Supply Partners and internal teams to elevate the interaction between our size and fit advice products and our assortment. Moreover you will be able to influence the development of mechanisms for acquiring quality data and support partners and internal teams in making informed size and fit decisions throughout the customer journey and assortment lifecycle.

ABOUT SIZE & FIT

You will join our multi-disciplinary Berlin or Zurich based Size and Fit Org. composed of product managers applied scientists engineers product analysts business developers and full stack developers with a diverse background.

Youll focus on scaling innovative and disruptive customer facing experiences such as scaling and improving the virtual fitting room experiences that involve avatar based 3D experiences.
Youll use a highly-customer-centric and analytical mindset to build a compelling vision of the future. Work backwards from this vision to construct a narrative for how well solve customer problems and realise Zalandos opportunities
Youll build a strong understanding of customers return behaviour and identify opportunities and execute on them end-to-end
Youll provide easy-to-understand solutions to multi-faceted and complex problems based on an in-depth understanding of relevant data and analysis techniques
Youll identify and execute on business opportunities working closely within a multiple disciplinary team and different commercial stakeholders
Youll backup your intuition ideas and decisions through data-driven insights a high degree of customer empathy and a thorough understanding of market specific trends and customer behaviour
Youll define priorities and drive actions to achieve goals with guidance from your stakeholders
Youll collaborate with multi stakeholders across different disciplines such as applied science engineering product design analytics business as well as other disciplines across the company and become a trusted sparring partner to the team members of the different disciplines

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

You have 8 years of experience in Product Management and preferably data driven and/or computer vision driven products. Experience working with products related to fashion development or in the fashion industry is a plus.
You have a commercial background and are accustomed to interpreting financial metrics identifying commercial opportunities and working with different senior stakeholders
You have Proven ability to execute complete end-to-end product management for highly innovative and disruptive products navigating the unique challenges they present.
You maximise medium- to long-term impact with available resources based on understanding the companys strategy commercial KPIs and how your own domain impacts these.
You have a solid and nuanced understanding of evolving customer expectations pain points and the overall digital and physical experiences surrounding fashion and fitting.
You have demonstrated expertise in solving complex problems at scale and in navigating through uncertainties along the way through all phases of discovery definition design and delivery
You bring a track record of delivering products that require deep understanding of trade-offs between usability technical and operational feasibility market readiness and business constraints
You have solid experience in measuring the success of your products across large scale releases to continuously iterate and improve them for the benefit of our customers
You have the ability to write documents and clearly communicate in simple and easy to understand language for a broad audience including senior management and colleagues across the organisation from within and outside the Size & Fit
You have a passion for solving overarching industry problems and creating impactful solutions
