Job Summary
We are excited to open a new position on our staff team! The Community Groups Coordinator will work closely with the Pastor of Community and Care in developing a well-equipped team of Community Group Leaders creating on-ramps for congregants to join Community Groups and/or membership assist in cultivating a churchwide culture of prayer and help move people through the Care and Community Pathway of Northview Community Church.
The ideal person for this position has excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines a willingness to serve in a variety of environments with compassion teachability and humility and be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
