Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and support a team of IT technicians and support staff.

    Coordinate and oversee daily IT operations ensuring high availability of systems.

    Manage and improve POS systems order management platforms reservation tools and digital payment solutions specific to the restaurant business.

    Act as the liaison between IT and restaurant operations to ensure smooth technology integration.

    Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation.

    Oversee IT support requests and ensure timely resolutions.

    Develop and maintain documentation for systems processes and procedures.

    Assist in the rollout of new software or hardware across multiple restaurant locations if needed.

    Ensure network security data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

    Provide on-site support in Wilrijk with possible visits to other branches if applicable. Requirements

    Qualifications :

    Proven experience in an IT leadership or senior support role.

    Background in IT within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred.

    Strong understanding of restaurant tech: POS systems (e.g. Lightspeed Oracle Micros) kitchen displays payment terminals reservation systems etc.

    Hands-on knowledge of networking hardware Windows/Mac systems and cloud services.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities efficiently.

    Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

    Based in or willing to commute to Wilrijk five times per week. What We Offer
