Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the growth of a well-established and reputable organization. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40000 - $55000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business consisting of standard personal lines accounts ($5000 - $20000 in size).
- Provide exceptional customer service including handling client reviews and addressing inquiries.
- Manage policy renewals quotes cross-sells and rewrites.
- Collaborate with assistants to ensure seamless account management.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software and rating tools such as EZLynx to manage accounts effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within an independent or captive insurance agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software and familiarity with EZLynx rating tools.
- Work Environment: Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Other Skills: Strong organizational skills ability to manage multiple carriers and a customer-focused mindset.
