We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveSenior Procurement Specialist.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience withNetSuiteand responsible for administering theZip tool managing procurement tickets and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the administrator for theZip procurement tool ensuring efficient ticket processing and workflow process is taken care end to end.
- Monitor and review incoming procurement tickets ensuring accurate data and timely resolution.
- Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information or approvals.
- Push procurement tickets through the required approval and ordering processes in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ticket status updates.
- Work closely with finance legal and other cross-functional teams to ensure procurement compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Identify and escalate any delays or issues in the procurement process.
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement
- Proficiency withNetSuite is required.
- Experience with procurement tools especially zip.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tickets/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume procurement environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of procurement compliance and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues in procurement tools.
- Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes and documentation.
