What Youll Do

Represent clients in workers compensation proceedings
Handle legal research drafting hearings and depositions
Negotiate settlements and manage a diverse caseload with efficiency
Build strong client relationships while working closely with internal teams

What Were Looking For

JD from an accredited law school
Active CA Bar license (required)
1 years of experience as a Workers Comp Defense Attorney
Strong skills in legal analysis communication and organization
Tech-savvy proactive and client-focused mindset
