We are seeking a high-performing associate with 3 5 years of experience to join our Complex Litigation Advisement Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated high-stakes matters that directly impact clients business strategies brand reputation and financial outcomes.

You will play an active role in complex consumer class action litigation working closely with experienced litigators on cutting-edge legal issues across industries. The position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys taking ownership of matters and wants meaningful responsibility early in their career.

Who You Are:

You are a driven detail-oriented attorney with 3 5 years of experience including:

• Defense of consumer class actions involving false advertising product defects breach of warranty and consumer protection statutes (required)
• Experience with California Unfair Competition Law (required)
• Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment motions (required)
• Drafting persuasive briefs client correspondence and discovery responses
• Conducting depositions oral arguments and expert interviews
• Managing e-discovery workflows

You also bring:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong case management abilities and work ethic
• A collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Active membership in the California Bar or New York Bar
