Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
Plan schedule and delegate work assignments to meet production goals quality standards and deadlines.
Monitor production output identify issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Enforce company policies and procedures including safety and quality control standards.
Train mentor and evaluate production staff to ensure competency and performance.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g. maintenance quality assurance engineering) to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of production output attendance safety incidents and employee performance.
Lead by example to foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirement:
Degree in any Engineering or Computer Science Discipline.
Experience working in shift for minimum 1 year is preferred.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and able to carry out assigned task on a tight schedule.
Healthy in good shape robust and fit condition is extra advantage.
