The Role: Manufacturing Intern

As a Manufacturing Intern you will support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. You willassistinmodifyingexisting analyses developing new ones and performing various tasks and projects under the guidance of manufacturing engineers. By the end of the internship you will have fulfilled the practical requirements of your academic program.

WhatYoullDo

• Support the Manufacturing Engineer in planning developing and implementing methods quality processes and automation techniques for both new and existing products and processes.

• Assistin developing process control systems and promoting good manufacturing practices to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on tasks related to Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and engineering runs.

• Help troubleshoot process issues thatimpactproduct yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Supportadditionaltasks as assigned including those related to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) quality and vendor coordination.

• Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical design to support daily operations.

What We Seek

• Currently pursuing aBachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering(or a related field) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.

• Willingness to accept and apply feedback from peers and supervisors.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Basic understanding of engineering geometric and algebraic principles.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
