Position Overview
The MCED Product Management Operations Intern will support our Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) product management team in driving data-driven decision making and operational efficiency. The intern will gain exposure to product strategy and execution against the plans for pipeline programs. Day to day monitoring of metrics to determine if we are meeting product KPIs and provide recommendations to improve commercial and pipeline operations.
This position is onsite in Madison WI.
Essential Duties
Include but are not limited to the following:
Utilize metric dashboards and reports to monitor product KPIs
Develop thesis plan and execute improvement activities - inclusive of support building project planning and results delivery
Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Support forecasting and capacity planning.
Align data insights with business goals.
Uphold company mission and values through accountability innovation integrity quality and teamwork.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Ability to work on a mobile device tablet or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in business Information Systems Healthcare or Life Science or related fields.
Interest in healthcare analytics operations or business intelligence.
Experience with Excel SQL or BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Salary Range:
$35000.00 - $56000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
