W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay Brisbane City is looking for a W Insider Agent.

As the W Insider Agent you will work with the W Insider to bring theW Experience to life for our guests. Our W Insider Agent takes the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Whether processing operational needs addressing guest requests or sharing the highlights of the local area the W Insider Agent makes every transaction feel like part of the experience.

THE ROLE:

  • Passionately and expertly create a 5-star luxury guest experience characterized by flawless efficiency and authentic emotional connection
  • Take ownership of any guest request which comes your way seeing it through until completion
  • Create personalized guest itineraries manage bookings and offer tailored recommendations
  • Maintain thorough local area knowledge and foster positive community relationships
  • Support front desk operations including arrivals check-outs and billing
  • Assist with VIP/in-room services special setups and guest deliveries
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across hotel teams
  • Anticipate guest needs to surprise and delight at every opportunity
  • Update guest profiles with preferences and ensure accurate service records

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience in a Front Desk related role in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of OPERA PMS
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends.
