Base Annual Salary Range $80778 - $ 100044
About the new role:
Working closely with residents their families and the multidisciplinary team the Registered Nurse will lead the assessment of the strengths and needs of individual residents and the development of individualized person-centered support that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.
This position offers the opportunity to deliver direct clinical care manage healthcare services for residents and mentor dedicated staff. As a Registered Nurse you will lead resident care efforts and collaborate with the Clinical Manager to identify best practices and oversee quality initiatives making a significant impact on the well-being of residents and contributing to the overall excellence of the home.
Positions are available across our Western Australia sites in Albany Gwelup Rockingham Manjimup Margaret River Brookton Busselton Broadwater Byford Salter Point Midland Mundaring and York.
About you:
To be considered you will have:
A Tertiary qualification in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
A proven high-level of clinical competencies with excellent clinical analysis interpretation and planning skills.
The ability to lead and positively influence a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of person-centered support.
Sound understanding of care assessment and provision within the Aged and Health Care sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated empathy and respect toward the aged care population.
Knowledge of legislation and standards pertaining to the Aged Care sector
Ability to undergo a police check.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medial.
If Applicable willingness to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker check (fully refunded upon successful employment).
