About the Opportunity
As Funding Coordinator RN you will provide leadership and coordination of an effective site based AN-ACC program in conjunction withthe Clinical team including identifying funding opportunities across the site based on residents care needs the NSAF and assessments.
About You
Our ideal candidate has:
- Previous experience working as an RN (desirable) with aged care experience (desirable).
- Demonstrated skills in the collection of clinical assessment information problem solving decision making and negotiation skills necessary to manage varying and or conflicting stakeholder demands with the ability to refer or seek expert assistance.
- In-depth knowledge of AN-ACC legislation (desirable).
- Understanding of the AN-ACC process and identification of AN-ACC claims.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents families and all levels of staff
- Free seasonal flu vaccination
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and may be required to undertake a NDIS check.
