As Senior Project Manager in our Transformation team within Tryg Finance you will lead high-impact initiatives that enhance financial clarity operational efficiency and decision-making across Tryg. You will be at the forefront of projects that span financial governance business development and cross-functional collaboration - ensuring that our transformation efforts deliver measurable value.

Your key responsibilities:

Lead complex cross-functional projects with a strong focus on financial outcomes and strategic alignment
Drive initiatives that improve transparency reporting and financial control across the organization
Collaborate with Finance Business Units and senior leadership to ensure stakeholder engagement and successful delivery
Facilitate change management and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Contribute to the development of governance frameworks and project standards that support scalable transformation

Location:Stockholm Malmö or Copenhagen. The role involves Nordic collaboration including occasional travel to other offices.

About you Strategic structured and outcome-driven

We are looking for a project manager who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. You thrive in complex environments and know how to turn vision into results.

To be successful in the role you bring:

7 years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects preferably in Finance
Master of Science in Business Finance or a related field
Strong understanding of financial governance reporting structures and business value creation
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizations
Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English

You are a clear communicator a skilled facilitator and have an analytical mindset. You take ownership work in a structured way and are motivated by creating a lasting impact.
