Job Summary
Position: SAP MM Consultant (Public & Private Cloud)
Experience: 8 -10 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/New Delhi
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Job Description:
Experienced MM Consultant with deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA and a strong track record of end-to-end implementations in both Private Cloud (RISE with SAP) and Public Cloud (SAP S/4HANA Cloud public edition) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing configuring and deploying SAP MM solutions aligned with business goals and cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP MM implementations in Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments.
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive solution design based on SAP best practices.
Configure core MM functionalities.
Manage integration with other SAP modules (SD FI PP WM etc.) and external systems.
Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical teams.
Support data migration testing (unit integration UAT) and cutover activities.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with SAP roadmap innovations and cloud deployment models.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
8 years of SAP MM experience including:
o At least 2 to 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation.
o At least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology Fit-to-Standard analysis and cloud extensibility.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps BTP and SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC).
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP MM certification.
Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP Business Network.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Knowledge of localization tax compliance and global rollout strategies.
