Role Overview:
We are looking for a freelance Business Development Consultant (100% Remote). This role offers a small fixed monthly retainer with the majority of compensation driven by high performance-based commissions.
We expect the right candidate to secure new clients for our company in Pakistan the Middle East Europe or the USA. The territorial focus area will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the agreed focus territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and engage potential leads using your network and available tools
Pitch & Present: Present Spertons recruitment and consulting services effectively
Deal Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals
Client Acquisition: Onboard new clients and build long-term relationships
Business Growth: Expand the client base and drive revenue
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment teams for successful delivery
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term client relationships
KPI-Driven Performance: Meet or exceed targets related to revenue placements and growth
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Resident Director Pakistan
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in recruitment/HR services)
Strong network within MNCs (Renewable Energy IT Oil & Gas preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
Compensation:
This role offers a hybrid compensation structure including:
A small fixed monthly retainer for stability
Attractive high-value commissions as the primary earning component
