Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 1015 years of overall HRIS/SAP experience. The candidate will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting the Employee Central module ensuring smooth HR operations and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Configure Foundation Objects MDF Objects Business Rules Workflows and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Manage employee data structures position management and organizational management.
Work on data migration data models and HRIS configuration.
Handle integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting Onboarding Performance Payroll Time Management).
Support system upgrades releases and testing activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to Employee Central.
Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Knowledge of EC Data Model BCUI Position Management Business Rules and Workflows.
Experience in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) configuration.
Understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems.
Experience with integration (SAP CPI / Boomi / Middleware) is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations.
Knowledge of SAP HCM or other SuccessFactors modules.
