Job Summary
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety quality and team development Ventia is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary field teams across a range of telecommunications construction projects.

About the Role:
- Lead and manage field teams and subcontractors to deliver construction activities safely on time and to quality standards
- Conduct site walkouts scope planning and resource coordination in line with project schedules
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies conduct site audits and promote a strong safety culture
- Liaise with clients engineers and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and report on progress escalate issues and drive resolution of construction challenges
Are you our next Site Supervisor
- Proven experience supervising construction teams in telecommunications or heavy engineering projects
- Trade qualification or relevant industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
