Whats the role

As the Senior Manager Payroll Reporting & Insights you will lead the delivery of payroll analytics and compliance reporting across the organization. Youll be responsible for ensuring timely accurate and insightful reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires staying ahead of regulatory changes and advising on compliance strategies using data-driven approaches. Youll collaborate across teams to understand reporting needs and maintain robust data models that support effective decision-making. Your leadership will help shape how payroll data informs strategic and operational outcomes.

What do I need

  • Demonstrated experience in Payroll or HR with strong knowledge of enterprise agreements and awards.
  • Experience in SQL and Power BI (essential) other data science tools would be highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to build and publish self-serve dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders delivering measurable value.
  • Skilled in ETL processes and integrating multiple data sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Confident in translating complex data into clear recommendations and collaborating cross-functionally to drive outcomes
