Planning HR department daily/weekly workload to support HR business priorities

Read financial reporting and interpret data

Federal state and local employment laws

Recruiting and event organization

Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs

Effectively use scheduling software

Experience leading a team of hourly Human Resource experts including: skills in interviewing developing coaching evaluating and retaining talent

As a Human Resources Team Leader no two days are ever the same but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

Support leaders in creating and prioritizing an environment of inclusivity where teams value diverse voices and approaches are authentic and respectful and create equitable experiences.

Foster a culture where teams love to work and guests love to shop; recognize effective guest acknowledgement and connection and reward outstanding performance.

Support the leadership team in timely completion of training execution.
