Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Dispatching Mobile Service Trucks As Service Is Requested
- Facilitating Customer Repairs
- Greeting Customers As They Enter the Service Department
- Communicating with Customers Throughout the Repair Process
- Ensuring That Customers Understand the Process from Start to Repair Completion
- Preparing Paperwork for Customers
- Managing Several Computer Systems Simultaneously
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Service Advisor Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Graduate (Ged Equivalent)
- Has a Great Personality
- Can Work in a Fast-paced Environment
- Good Organization Skills
- Detail Oriented and Flexible
- Dependable Ethical Honest Accountable Trustworthy Must Be a Team Player and Have a Positive Attitude
