Regional Operations Partner Greenville SC
A growing veterinary network is seeking a Regional Operations Partner to provide hands-on clinical leadership and strategic support across multiple hospitals in the Greenville South Carolina area. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys mentoring colleagues improving hospital operations and helping teams deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in clinical excellence and client communication
Mentor and coach veterinarians fostering professional growth and confidence
Partner with hospital teams to strengthen workflow team collaboration and overall efficiency
Support recruitment onboarding and development of new doctors within the region
Collaborate on performance reviews operational goals and quality standards
Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines while promoting consistent high-quality care
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
Active or eligible veterinary license in South Carolina
At least 3 years of clinical experience with proven leadership or mentorship success
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel within the region as needed
