Job Summary
- Craft Cocktails: Prepare a wide range of cocktails wines and beverages with precision showcasing your mixology skills and aligning with the high standards of DELANO Dubai.
Guest Engagement: Interact with guests offering personalized drink recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
Bar Management: Maintain a clean organized and welcoming bar area ensuring smooth operations and a polished guest experience.
Collaboration: Work with the team to support the development of seasonal beverage menus that complement dining options and elevate the overall guest experience.
Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock ordering supplies and minimizing wastage to ensure consistent service quality.
Stay Updated: Keep informed of industry trends and new cocktail techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the bars offerings.
Team Support: Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive team environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a bartender with prior experience in a high-end beach club or a luxury hospitality environment.
- Deep knowledge of the restaurants specialized beverage menu including a detailed understanding of ingredients preparation methods or drink pairings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist guests with confidence and professionalism.
- Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail providing guests with an educational and enriching dining experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experience
