Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customerfocused Bartender to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a Bartender you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing highquality beverages for our guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Verify customers age and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
- Manage inventory restock supplies and assist in ordering when necessary
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service operations
- Adhere to all health safety and hygiene standards
- Stay updated on beverage trends and suggest new drink ideas to management
- Assist in creating and updating drink menus
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails spirits wine and beer
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; must be able to speak read and understand English
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of local liquor laws regulations and responsible alcohol service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean and professional appearance
- Responsible dependable and punctual work ethic
- Knowledge of local customs and cultural sensitivity
- Certification in food safety and alcohol service (e.g. ServSafe) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional bartending certifications are advantageous
