Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Managing Director to lead their organisation through an exciting phase of growth and consolidation. This is a builders role - ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on developing people systems and products.
Location: Harare Zimbabwe
Reports to: Group Managing Director
Salary: Competitive salary on offer
The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Managing Director to:
Identify and position key personnel for long-term success.
Define and implement effective operational frameworks.
Drive strategic direction and product portfolio development.
Strengthen relationships with key suppliers and clients.
Ensure strong financial and operational performance across all business units.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven leadership experience at senior management or director level.
A strong background in business growth strategy and operations.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
