Job Summary
An Outstanding Secondary School in Brent has a permanent full-time ECT Teacher of Physics vacancy starting January 2026. This role is ideal for a new teacher seeking excellent initial training and a long-term post.

Responsibilities
- The ECT Teacher of Physics will deliver high-quality instruction in Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (GCSE) with specialist delivery in Physics.
- The teacher is responsible for driving high attainment and promoting advanced theoretical understanding and investigative skills for GCSE.
- They must actively engage with the schools ECT support and mentoring programme.
- The ECT Teacher of Physics is expected to contribute to consistent high academic outcomes and participate proactively in departmental planning.
Requirements
- Holds or is soon to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has the right to work in the UK.
- Holds a Degree or has experience teaching Science/Physics.
