Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Performance Excellence: Instructing Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Technical Skills: Teaching practitioners script analysis and devising techniques.
Mentorship: Working with the Head of Performing Arts to coordinate school productions and GCSE moderation.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in Drama or Performing Arts.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.
Support: Professional-grade studio space and a dedicated Drama technician.
