Our Client is seeking a Science ECT to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex. This full-time role involves teaching Science across KS3KS4 within a nurturing and well-resourced department.
School Information
The school serves approximately 1050 students and is recognised for positive behaviour strong pastoral care and a commitment to staff development. The Science department offers modern laboratories excellent technician support and experienced subject mentors.
ECTs are supported through a structured induction programme with regular observations and coaching.
