Our client a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions is now hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Representative to join the Specsavers team in Benalmádena Málaga.

What youll do
As a Customer Representative you will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media channels.
- Provide professional solution-oriented support about products orders and services.
- Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.
- Follow project processes and procedures.
- Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
What were looking for
- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using multiple systems.
- A positive attitude and motivation to provide great customer service.
Whats in it for you
- Full-time permanent contract (39h/week).
- Working hours: MondayFriday between 08:0018:00 Saturday 09:0017:00 (with two weekends off per month).
- Salary: 19200 gross/year up to 1800 gross/year in bonus.
