Job Summary
Your Mission
As a working student you will support the Predium team in developing and implementing strategies to reduce CO₂ emissions and improve sustainability on the real estate sector. Contribute your expertise in construction science architecture or sustainability management to improve our ESG software platform and drive effective change in the built environment
Your Responsibilities
- You will support the further development of our software solution by contributing your expertise in the construction and real estate industry
- You will apply your knowledge to data management and the validation of building information
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the current challenges in the real estate industry and jointly develop innovative solutions
Your Profile
- You are enrolled in a bachelors ( at least 4th semester) or masters degree programme in civil engineering environmental engineering architecture building services sustainable construction or a related field
- You are enthusiastic about sustainability climate protection and innovative improvements in the construction sector
- You are team-oriented and familiar with interdisciplinary work
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and Englisch
- You are motivated to contribute your expertise to a fast-paced mission-driven company
