Were looking for a Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator who can help drive brand growth generate B2B leads and bring consistency and creativity to how we show up online and particularly on LinkedIn.
About the Role This is a hands-on marketing role where youll own the day-to-day execution of CorGTAs marketing initiatives. Youll create content that drives engagement strengthen our online presence and support our sales and recruitment teams with marketing assets that help attract clients and talent.
Youll work closely with our leadership team and may collaborate with a fractional CMO for strategic guidance - but youll be the one bringing our marketing engine to life.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and execute CorGTAs marketing calendar - from planning to publishing.

Create and manage LinkedIn content campaigns (organic paid) to drive awareness and B2B leads.

Produce engaging written and visual content (blogs videos graphics case studies salary guides and white papers).

Collaborate with leadership to develop thought leadership content - showcasing insights from the recruitment and technology industries.

Design and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns targeting IT leaders hiring managers and decision-makers across Canada.

Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI (engagement conversions leads etc.).

Support internal communications events and employer brand initiatives.
-
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and collateral.
What You Bring -
3 years of experience in marketing ideally within a recruitment agency or professional services environment.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing LinkedIn strategy and lead generation.

Skilled in content creation (writing video design) - experience using Canva Adobe or similar tools.

Solid grasp of social media analytics campaign performance and ROI reporting.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Mailchimp etc.) is an asset.

Excellent writing communication and project management skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to translate business goals into compelling content.
