What Youll Do

Sales cloud architect

East coast time preffered/ Remote

Pay rate- $95- 100/hr


We are seeking an experienced Sales Cloud Architect who can also wear the hat of a delivery and business lead. The ideal candidate will play a dual role: architecting scalable solutions in Salesforce and guiding the business through a critical transition of accounts from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud. The client has a mature Service Cloud implementation and is looking to optimize their Salesforce ecosystem while ensuring smooth migration minimal disruption and maximum business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary architect for Salesforce Sales Cloud providing strategic guidance for its optimization and integration with Service Cloud.

  • Lead account migration initiatives from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud including data mapping process alignment and validation.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements translate them into Salesforce solutions and align on priorities.

  • Partner with the Service Cloud team to identify gaps optimize workflows and implement best practices across Salesforce.

  • Define technical architecture and standards including integration patterns automation strategies and security practices.

  • Provide delivery leadership ensuring project milestones are met risks are mitigated and communication across business and technical teams is effective.

  • Drive adoption by guiding and training business users on Salesforce features and new workflows.

  • Provide ongoing recommendations to improve efficiency reporting and automation in Salesforce.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture including configuration customization and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud especially in integrating and migrating accounts and related objects.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models automation (Flows Process Builder) and integration strategies.

  • Experience in account/mass data migration projects including tools like Data Loader Salesforce or ETL solutions.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams - strong communication stakeholder management and delivery experience.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce architect or solution lead on enterprise projects.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant Application Architect System Architect or Technical Architect preferred.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for scaling governance and security.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have / Bonus:
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.

  • Knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds (Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud) to facilitate cross-cloud strategy.

  • Experience in change management adoption strategies and end-user training.
