Job Summary
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance troubleshooting and repair of production equipment machinery and facility systems. This role ensures efficient operations minimizes downtime and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to maintain production uptime.
Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Maintain tools equipment and machinery in optimal working condition.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
Support team members in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Assist with general facility upkeep as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Proven experience in maintenance troubleshooting and repair in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge.
Ability to read schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise moving machinery and chemicals.
Requires adherence to safety standards and use of PPE.
