Portfolio Strategy & Profitability Management
Lead strategies to grow the existing card portfolio and enhance customer usage spending and balance growth.
Ensure profitability through ongoing performance monitoring and yield optimization across multiple channels.
Manage EOP balance revenue growth and customer engagement programs to meet business objectives.
Customer Lifecycle & Retention
Oversee customer lifecycle management to improve engagement retention and customer value.
Design targeted campaigns to minimize attrition and strengthen customer loyalty.
Program Development & Execution
Develop and execute Loan on Card programs balance conversion and installment transactions through the call center and digital channels.
Define card usage themes and spending categories to drive targeted growth and align with the Banks business goals.
Merchant & Partnership Management
Build and manage merchant alliances and co-branded promotions to expand the Banks partner network.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute joint promotions and enhance brand visibility across merchant locations.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Manage portfolio analytics tracking key metrics such as activation usage balance attrition and profitability.
Conduct regular performance reviews by segments and programs to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
Work closely with internal departments to finalize annual budgets KPIs and performance targets.
Manage end-to-end process governance for all card-related programs ensuring compliance timely updates and operational excellence.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead coach and inspire a team of 16 to deliver high performance and strong execution.
Promote a results-driven culture focused on innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Banking Finance or Business Administration.
Relevant Knowledge & Expertise
Deep understanding of card products portfolio management and the retail banking business.
Proven experience in developing and executing card portfolio strategies within leading local or international banks.
Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management risk control and profitability analysis.

Experience
Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in the Card Business with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
