Melinda Instal is seeking a dedicated Live Chat & Email Support Agent to join our team in the Construction industry. As a key member of our customer support team you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through live chat and email communication channels.

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay: $26 - $31 per hour

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat and email.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using live chat and email support software.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 years of experience in customer support.
Knowledge of the Construction industry is a plus.
