Were looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our this role youll handle day-to-day administrative tasks manage inbox operations and maintain accurate records to keep everything running smoothly. Youll also support project coordination and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations across different functions ensuring the team stays productive and well-organized.

What Youll Do
  • Youll be the kind of person who:Manage and prioritize inbox communications ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare send and track documents and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and key documents to ensure data integrity.
  • Set up and organize project records ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate schedules meetings and tasks to support team productivity.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

What You Bring
Were looking for someone who:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Accountancy is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative support or related roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional correspondence.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
